beautiful car, insane performance… hope I can see one of those on the road soon

Recently went to visit the local Tesla dealership here in downtown Washington DC, great place. I really should have taken more shots of the actual care, however was fascinated by the chassis design. The low center of gravity and how the batteries are laid out literally on the chassis bed. The car reminded me of the modern electric rc car, I think full electric cars are definitly the future and can’t wait to see them get more popular. They are not only environmentally better, but also much faster than the cars we are used to today.

This car seems really amazing, I think too expensive to be honest. Although the iPad integration software seems really interesting, I think this is a glimpse of what is to come for other rc car makers. I am specially interested in speed control makers such as LRP to start offering more telemetry options via Bluetooth for any mobile device.
